These Terms govern your use of thrivinghealers.com and your purchase of programs, courses, or services from Julie Migneault, LLC. By accessing this website or enrolling in any of our offerings, you agree to these Terms.
"We," "us," and "our" refer to Julie Migneault, LLC.
"You," "your," and "client" refer to any individual who accesses this website or purchases any product, program, or service from us.
"Program," "course," or "mentorship" refers to any offering you have enrolled in or purchased.
"Agreement" or "Terms" refers to the entirety of these Terms of Service.
These Terms govern your purchase and use of our self-paced online courses, workshops, recordings, and digital products.
Our premium mentorship programs, including The Devoted Path, are governed by a separate program agreement provided at the time of enrollment. Where those program-specific terms conflict with these Terms, the program agreement takes precedence.
When you purchase a course, we agree to provide the content described at the time of purchase. This typically includes training materials and, where applicable, community or platform access.
Access to course materials is granted for the duration specified at the time of purchase. For ongoing access, this continues for as long as we offer and maintain the course. If we retire a course, we will provide reasonable notice so you can download any materials you wish to keep.
Program fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are charged at the time of enrollment or on the payment schedule agreed to at checkout.
If we agree to accept payment in installments, you are responsible for paying all installments on or before each due date. Failure to complete installment payments may result in suspension of access until payment is current.
Payments are processed through secure third-party providers such as Stripe, and are subject to those providers' terms.
All payments are non-refundable except where a specific refund or satisfaction guarantee is offered at the time of purchase.
Where such a guarantee applies, the terms, including the length of the guarantee window and any conditions, will be stated clearly on the sales page and in your purchase confirmation. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within the stated window. We may require evidence that you have engaged with the course content before approving a refund.
A change of mind does not constitute grounds for a refund outside a stated guarantee window.
Being removed from our email list or any community platform does not entitle you to a refund.
If you receive a refund, you must delete all copies of any course materials you have downloaded or stored.
